Credit Card Fee
A small processing fee of 2.9% will be added to all credit card transactions. This fee reflects the cost charged by payment providers for credit card processing.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• Not showing up to your appointment will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
This policy helps us respect the time of our service providers and allows us to offer available appointments to other guests.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.
• In some cases, services may be shortened to accommodate the remaining time while maintaining our schedule.
Service Satisfaction Policy
Our goal is for every guest to leave feeling confident and happy with their service.
If you are not satisfied with your hair service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment so we can evaluate the concern and make adjustments if necessary. We will gladly work with you to correct the service.
Refunds are not issued for completed services, but we are committed to ensuring you love your results.
Product Return Policy
Products purchased from the salon may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Opened or used products may not be eligible for return.
Cell Phone Courtesy
To maintain a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that cell phones be kept on silent during your appointment. If you need to take a call, please step outside the service area.
Children in the Salon
For safety and to maintain a calm environment for our guests, we ask that children not receiving services remain supervised at all times. The salon contains equipment and tools that may be unsafe for unsupervised children.
